Ingredients

  • 1 ripe avocado peeled and pitted
  • ¾ - 1 cup unsweetened plant milk
  • 3 Tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 Tablespoons chopped cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon pure maple syrup
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Start with ¾ cup plant milk. If the dressing is too thick, add more plant milk and blend until you’ve reached a creamy, pourable consistency.
  • Transfer the dressing to a jar and refrigerate, covered, for up to a week. If the dressing separates after being refrigerated, give it a quick stir before using it.
